When my daughter was little (sigh….) she wanted an authentic looking doll with which to play at Civil War reenactments. With the help of a wonderful pattern, she and I created a lady doll which became my daughter’s favorite toy at history events and home! She and I spent many happy hours designing and making her dolly’s entire Civil War Era wardrobe.
